English Language Tutor

We are seeking a highly-skilled and motivated English Language Tutor to join our team in Al Ahmadi. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one or small group instruction to students who are looking to improve their English language skills. This includes developing lesson plans, providing feedback and assessments, and creating a supportive and engaging learning environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, excellent communication skills, and prior experience teaching or tutoring students of various ages and backgrounds. This is a full-time position with competitive salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop customized lesson plans based on students' individual needs and goals
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills
- Utilize various teaching methods and tools to engage students in the learning process
- Provide constructive feedback and assessments to track students' progress
- Communicate with parents or guardians about students' performance and areas for improvement
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment for students
- Stay updated on current language teaching methodologies and incorporate them into lessons

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English Language or relevant field
- Native proficiency in the English language
- Prior experience teaching or tutoring English to non-native speakers preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with students of different ages and cultural backgrounds
- Patient, flexible, and adaptable teaching style
- Own visa status in Kuwait preferred (but not required)
- Fluency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage
