We are in search of a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team at a luxurious hotel in Vianden, Luxembourg. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and implementing delicious pastry dishes that will delight our guests. Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare a variety of pastries, including breads, cakes, and desserts
- Create new recipes and develop innovative ideas for pastry dishes
- Monitor quality and presentation of all pastry items
- Ensure timely production of pastries to meet guest demands
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and equipment
- Train and supervise other pastry staff members
- Collaborate with other chefs to create cohesive menus

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various baking techniques and methods
- Creativity and passion for creating delicious pastries
- Time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to produce consistently high-quality products
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others

Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
