Land Surveyor


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Vianden. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and gathering data for construction and development projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys and measurements of land using various tools and equipment
- Gather data on land features, boundaries, and other relevant information
- Analyze survey data to create maps, plans, and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey results
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations, standards, and safety procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Knowledge of CAD software for creating maps and plans
- Strong mathematical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1100 per month

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on construction or development projects
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Experience using GIS software
