Land Surveyor

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Vianden. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for measuring and mapping out land areas for various construction and development projects. Your key duties will include interpreting data, using specialized equipment, and creating detailed reports for clients.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Biometric passport for international travel (preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine land boundaries, topography, and other features
- Collect data using surveying equipment
- Analyze data to create accurate maps, diagrams, and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on construction projects
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Travel to different locations for on-site surveys (accommodation provided)

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Location:
This role is based in Vianden, a beautiful city known for its medieval castle located in the north of Luxembourg.
