Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and producing accurate measurements and data for construction, engineering, or mapping purposes. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that projects are implemented according to the survey data. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and technical skills in using surveying equipment and software.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Analyze survey data and produce detailed reports, maps, and drawings
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure that project designs are accurately implemented on the ground
- Work closely with construction teams to provide accurate information for layout and grading of structures
- Keep accurate records of survey data and documents for future reference
- Adhere to safety regulations while conducting surveys in various locations
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate surveying tasks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or Trimble Business Center
- Strong technical skills in operating surveying instruments
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate measurements
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
