Housekeeping Supervisor


We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. This full-time position offers a salary of $1200 per month and includes visa sponsorship for non-EU candidates.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping staff. This includes scheduling and training new employees, monitoring their performance, and ensuring that all rooms and common areas are kept clean and organized. You will also be responsible for ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining a budget.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in housekeeping or a related field, as well as strong leadership and organizational skills. You must also have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure. A positive attitude and the ability to provide exceptional customer service are also essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily activities of the housekeeping staff.
- Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback as needed.
- Ensure that all rooms are cleaned to company standards.
- Order supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Develop schedules for housekeeping staff based on occupancy levels.
- Create and implement efficient cleaning procedures.
- Maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Respond quickly to guest requests or complaints.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects as needed.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in housekeeping or a related field.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed.
