Skilled Handyman


We are looking for a skilled Handyman to join our team in Vianden. Our company provides maintenance services for residential and commercial properties, and we are seeking a reliable and experienced individual to help us deliver high-quality work to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and repairs
- Inspect properties and identify any potential issues or repairs needed
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Keep track of supplies and ensure they are fully stocked for each job
- Follow safety procedures and use equipment properly
- Maintain a clean work area and leave properties in good condition upon completion of work

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work
- Ability to use various tools and equipment safely
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide great customer service
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues or repairs needed
- Physical stamina to complete tasks that may require heavy lifting or standing for long periods of time

Salary:
We offer a salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Vianden, but occasional travel within the surrounding areas may be required.

Experience Required:
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. However, we are open to considering candidates with less experience if they possess strong skills in the required areas.
