Pastry Chef
We are in need of a highly skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and creating a variety of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods. Your role will involve developing new recipes, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and ensuring the overall quality and presentation of our pastry offerings.
To excel in this role, you must have extensive knowledge of various baking techniques and ingredients, as well as the ability to think outside the box to create unique and delicious desserts. You should also have excellent time management skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and creativity
