Restaurant Manager - Remish, Iraq
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations at our busy restaurant in Remish, Iraq. This includes managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, maintaining inventory and supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food and beverage industry and strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage and train staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Create work schedules for staff to ensure proper coverage at all times
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Monitor financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit/loss analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Must be able to obtain a work visa for Iraq
Salary: 1200$ per month with visa sponsorship.
