Part-Time Sales Manager
Remish is looking for a part-time Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring their success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify potential customers and secure new business opportunities
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure their satisfaction
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional campaigns
- Attend networking events to represent the company and build relationships with potential clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must have prior experience in developing successful sales strategies for a similar industry or product
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
