We are hiring a skilled Loader Technician to join our team in Remish, Kazakhstan. As a Loader Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining loaders and other equipment used in loading and unloading materials. Your duties will include conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing technical issues, and ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly. The ideal candidate will have experience operating loaders and a strong mechanical aptitude. This position offers a competitive salary of 1200$ and the opportunity for growth within our company. Responsibilities:
- Operate loaders safely and efficiently to load and unload materials from trucks or other vehicles
- Conduct routine maintenance on loaders, including checking fluid levels, inspecting belts and hoses, and replacing worn parts as needed
- Troubleshoot technical issues with loaders and make necessary repairs
- Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate loading schedules
- Ensure that all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained at the end of each shift
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in mechanics or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures for heavy equipment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills with the ability to follow instructions effectively
- Must have own visa to work in Kazakhstan
