As a Junior Florist, you will assist with designing and creating floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and daily orders. Responsibilities:
- Assist senior florists with designing and creating floral arrangements
- Prepare flowers by cleaning, cutting, trimming and conditioning them
- Assist with maintaining the stock of flowers and supplies
- Ensure quality control by checking for freshness, cleanliness, and correct labeling of flowers
- Respond to customer inquiries and take orders over the phone or in-person
- Assist with deliveries to customers or event venues when needed

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and floral design
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new techniques and styles
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic math skills for order taking and inventory management
