Sous Chef



We are hiring a skilled Sous Chef to join our team in Wiltz! As a successful candidate, you will assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and maintaining high quality standards. Your responsibilities will include overseeing food preparation, training and supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations. You must have a strong understanding of various cooking techniques and be able to create unique dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients. The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar role, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Culinary degree is preferred but not required. We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month and opportunities for career growth in our well-established restaurant.
