Crane Operator



We are seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Wiltz. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes to lift, move, position, and place materials and equipment on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of cranes including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Perform pre-operational checks on equipment and ensure proper maintenance and repairs are carried out
- Interpret and follow work orders to determine the load requirements and appropriate crane configuration
- Monitor the crane's movements and adjust controls as needed to safely lift, move, and position materials
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio communication to ensure safe operation
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Valid crane operator certification from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating cranes in a construction environment
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret work orders
- Good hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Physically fit with the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods of time
- Strong safety mindset with knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Must be able to work in varying weather conditions and at heights

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This is a contract job located in Wiltz. Accommodation will not be provided. Preference will be given to male candidates.

Visa Requirements:
Candidates must have their own valid visa for working in Wiltz.
