Office Assistant
We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Wiltz. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Schedule appointments and meetings for office staff
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as data entry and processing invoices
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Prepare memos, letters, and other documents as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus
- Proven experience working in an office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
