Head Baker

As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for leading our bakery team and managing all aspects of production. Your main duties will include creating and testing new recipes, monitoring inventory and ordering supplies, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and overseeing the baking process to ensure quality and consistency. You will also be in charge of training new employees and enforcing food safety standards. Our ideal candidate is a skilled baker with excellent leadership abilities who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. The Head Baker must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. This is a full-time position based in Wiltz with a salary of $1200 per month. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
