Part-Time Personal Trainer
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in Dickirch. As a part-time Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness programs for clients, conducting one-on-one training sessions, and providing ongoing support and motivation. You must have a passion for health and fitness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with clients of all ages and fitness levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing personalized fitness programs based on clients' goals and abilities
- Conducting one-on-one training sessions with clients
- Demonstrating proper form and technique for exercises
- Providing ongoing support and motivation to help clients achieve their fitness goals
- Tracking client progress and making necessary adjustments to their program
- Ensuring safety during training sessions by monitoring client's form and technique
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and techniques in health and fitness
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Personal Trainer or related field
- Certification from a recognized personal training organization
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and exercise science
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
