Location: Wiltz, Luxembourg

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine the exact locations and measurements of land boundaries, structures, and features. You will use specialized equipment and techniques to gather data, analyze it, and create reports and maps for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools such as GPS, total stations, and aerial photography
- Collect data on land features and structures including topography, soil characteristics, and existing buildings
- Analyze data to determine property boundaries, map out routes for roads or utilities, and identify potential obstacles or hazards
- Create detailed reports and maps for clients or project managers
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey results
- Manage survey equipment maintenance and calibration

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles and techniques
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS
- Experience with CAD software is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
