Sales Manager - Dickirch, Luxembourg
We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding targets through effective leadership and management of the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure success
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, and regularly report on progress to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction
- Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions, leads, and sales activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a B2B environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- Fluency in English (additional languages would be an advantage)
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
Location:
This is a contract job located in Dickirch, Luxembourg. The successful candidate will need their own visa.
