Experienced Handyman in Dickirch with Visa Sponsorship


We are a reputable facility management company seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team in Dickirch. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and carpentry work
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues and make necessary repairs
- Keep track of all supplies and materials needed for maintenance work
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests
- Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner with high quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance techniques and methods
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
- Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Valid visa or work permit for Dickirch (sponsorship available)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this full-time position, based on experience.

Location:
This job is located in Dickirch, Luxembourg. While we have a preference for local candidates, we are open to considering candidates from other nationalities who have the necessary qualifications and valid visa/work permit.
