To obtain Kuwait work visa 2021 you need to:

1.    Ask your employer to issue you a NOC or Entry visa. In this document, the employer himself prescribes which visa you need to issue. Even if in the application form you indicate a different period of stay, you will be issued a visa as indicated in the invitation from the employer. Get a NOC or Entry visa from your employer (usually it takes 1-2 weeks, the exact time depends on the promptness of your employer). It is imperative that you send us the original of one of these documents, a copy and scan will not work. Also note that they cannot be stacked. The validity period is written on the document itself and is usually 3 months. Therefore, if you need to pre-legalize a police clearance certificate, then you need to request a NOC or Entry permit from your employer later.

2.    While the employer is making a NOC or Entry visa, we will take care of collecting the rest of the documents. What you need to send to the visa office:

  • Original passport with a period of at least 6 months.
  • Certificate of no criminal record. • 1 photo 3 * 4 (color or black and white). • Completed form. • Medical certificates (valid for 3 months):

- absence of AIDS, syphilis, hepatitis B, C; - fluorography; - a certificate from a therapist about the general state of health.

There are no special forms for a medical certificate, just as there is no list of clinics where you need to get a certificate. You need a regular certificate from any clinic, where it is indicated that you do not have the above diseases. Help is needed in the original. Having packed all the documents for Kuwait labour visa, let's move on to the next step.

  • legalize at the Kuwaiti Embassy (legalization can be done simultaneously with obtaining a visa);

4.    After receiving a NOC or Entry permit from your employer we hand over everything to the Kuwaiti embassy to complete the legalization of the police clearance certificate and paste the visa into the passport.
