Currently Working as a Logistic Focal person for South Punjab (Mehmod Kot)
along with Operation officer duties.
In this job role, responsibilities are:
1: Arranging and managing 3PL o downstream company's products towards retail sites.
2: Efficient Coordination with Sales, Hauler, Refinery and customer representatives.
3: To ensure HSSE/SHE/OSHA standards while delivering products from plant to plant.
4: Conduct toolbox and safety meetings for continue positive growth of company and spread
overcoming existing challenges by mutual coordination.
5: Ensure that valid standards, technical requirements and good engineering practices are followed to
ensure that product is being loaded and unloaded in line with agreed safety specification.
As an Operation officer, my job responsibilities includes:
1: Safe and Smooth Operation at Terminal as per HSSE/SHE/OHSA and Company SOPs
2: Keep Record of bounded/un-bounded stock available to depot/storage locations.
3: Efficient communication with Refinery/depot/customer.
4: Invoicing 3PL Tank trucks and ensuring quality and quantity at both end i.e. loading & unloading.
5: Using SAP to maintain stock, dispatch and inventory record.
6: Informing and sharing dispatched Tank Trucks information with other PR location.
Education:
NEBOSH-IGC Certification Completed in April 2022.
Electrical Engineering (Graduation) from UET Taxila, Punjab Pakistan completed in 2017.
Pre-Engineering (Higher School certification) from Multan, Punjab, Pakistan completed in 2013.

3.5+ years of experience in Operation and Logistics department of Oil Marketing Company. Familiar with operation
losses, transient losses, IFEM, OGRA, Oil Refinery Rules and Regulation.
Experienced in latest industrial software tools like SAP, NAV, CLIMAX. ERP-TMS system.
Personal interest in Oil and Gas Sector, specially in Logistics, supply chain, health and Safety (HSE) department
