During my internship at Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd., Mangalore, India, from July to August 2021, I demonstrated expertise in petroleum and petrochemical production and processing, navigating the complexities of the refinery process. I conducted comprehensive testing, revealing intrinsic physical properties of substances such as pH, viscosity, and density, providing valuable insights. Collaborating with team members and Senior Manager, I analyzed test results, process flow diagrams (PFD), visually observed equipment, and ensured adherence to safety operating procedures. Additionally, during an online internship with the Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers in the same period, I familiarized myself with oil and gas production processes and cutting-edge technologies. In October 2021, as part of the San Rachna Kaushal Program in Hyderabad, India, I collaborated with Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) industry experts, gaining firsthand experience in 'design to manufacturing' industrial practices and enhancing my understanding of industry best practices. Subsequently, as a Student Service and Director at Purdue University from August 2022 to August 2023, I efficiently facilitated communication between lecturers and supervisors, ensuring seamless collaboration, and relaying intricate audio/visual technical information, contributing to the successful outcomes of various projects.

I pursued my Master of Science in Chemical Engineering at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indianapolis, from August 2022 to August 2023. Prior to that, I earned my undergraduate degree at the Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT) in Manipal, India, where I studied from August 2018 to May 2022.

I Possess a diverse skill set, I excel in Project Management, demonstrating proficiency in overseeing complex tasks from initiation to completion. My expertise extends to Process Design and Product Optimization, where meticulous attention to detail ensures the development of efficient and streamlined solutions. As a detail-oriented individual, I navigate intricate projects with precision, combining analytical prowess with strong Leadership capabilities. I am adept at making well-informed decisions and exhibit strong organizational skills, ensuring seamless project flow. I would also like to add my contribution in projects pursued during my undergrad and my master's degree. In my Capstone Project at Purdue University, I conducted a thorough Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) for Alternate Hydrogen Technology. Leveraging ASPEN PLUS, I adeptly configured and simulated the Prototype PEM, showcasing advanced technical skills in process simulation and significantly contributing to project advancement. I conducted a comprehensive Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) study, identifying root causes and potential consequences across various scenarios. I formulated actionable recommendations to enhance safety protocols, mitigating risks effectively. Simultaneously, I successfully concluded the ongoing investigation of PEM technologies. In another academic project at MIT, I designed a Heat Exchanger using AutoCAD. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers, Software Developers, and Project Managers, I ensured the seamless integration of real-time data and project completion ahead of the deadline. My utilization of Excel formulas for simulations demonstrated precision and efficiency, and I further developed a MATLAB code to verify and validate results, culminating in the successful completion and finalization of the project.
