Mr. Faisal arrived on COB Adder in January of 2007 brining with him years of experience. Faisal
assumed the lead role of Operations Assistant and he immediately established a rapport with the customer
and began organizing the KBR operations team into an efficient and progressive group that sought and
developed the means to improve the daily services provided to the customer while working within the
guidelines as required by the LOGCAP III contract.
Mr. Faisal's knowledge and abilities working with MS office has on many occasions been utilized to
develop and refine reports and presentations that have drawn praise from KBR headquarters in Tallil and
the customer.
The leadership abilities displayed by Mr. Faisal were an inspiration to the rest of the COB Adder team
and helped KBR be recognized as one of the most efficient and progressive COBs in theatre. Faisal's
abilities to work with the customer and fellow team members has had a positive influence on the success
of the KBR mission to serve the United States Army and Coalition Forces that utilize this COB.
Mohamed Faisal's managerial abilities enabled me to utilize him in operating this COB on a daily basis
and I had total confidence in delegating responsibilities to him during my absences. He treated all
personnel with dignity and respect and was highly respected by his coworkers.
