Worked as an ESL teacher for 2 years at JOINUS ENGLISH LANGUAGE ACADEME and then changed career path as a customer service representative at a BPO company which is Concentrix for more than a year.

Graduate of Bachelors of Secondary Education Major in Filipino at University of Cebu Lapu-Lapu and Mandaue

- Have taught TOIEC in all levels
- Have trained for several English skills to ensure effective student learnings
- Have been trained for various skills needed in providing excellent customer service
- Have been asigned to two different LOBs and established high integrity and professionalism while resolving various customer concerns

I like to write poems, songs or play sports in my free time. But will normally read books about mysteries or fictions.
