Experience:
Developing work plans and directs the staff of the Administration division, appraising them
performances, training and empowering them.
Supervises such management planning activities as job analysis, organization studies, workflow, and
simplification of systems and procedures.
Ensure sustainable development of the work plans strategies for the division and leading in securing the
required financial.
Maintain the cooperation between the divisions and between the internal and the external audits,
managing the recommendations and ensuring implement it.
Establishing the policies and procedures of financial budgetary for human resources, procurement,
travel, facilities maintenance and the administrative services to ensuring implementation as planned by
guiding, monitoring and overseeing performances.
Ensuring issuance of the permits of the work for the projects and the entry passes for the site staff.
Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of
subordinate employees.
Maintain records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.
Identify staff development and training needs and ensure that training is obtained.
Developing and implementing the policies and procedures to govern the purchase requests process for
materials, goods and services.
Overseeing the activities of the administrative functions in the provision of the cost effective, timely and
quality services across the organization.
Execute plans, policies, and programs in business and financial affairs, property and equipment,
supplies, housekeeping, stores, buildings and maintenance.
Managing service level agreements with contractors, vendors and suppliers to ensure high quality of
service is provided this includes corporate accounts for office supplies and internal services.
Ensure proper staff relations and conditions of employment are maintained.
Evaluate and verifies staff performance through the review of completed work assignments and work
techniques.
Follow-up with contract department for all new contracts, ensuring their entry into force, and tracking
performance rates.
Supervising the revision of rules, regulations, and procedures to meet changes in law and policy.
Ensuring the smooth operations of all outsourced administrative services such as Internal Requests for
material and consumables, Catering, Communication, Fleet, Staff Accommodation.
Ensuring issuance and renovations all of the company's documents (CR, Trade License,
Establishment/Signatory Card) and any other license required for the company.
Ensuring issuance and renewal the employees visas (Business visas, Residence visas, Family visit visas,
Multiple entry visas and work permits).
