As a senior physical therapist and head of the department for 3 and a half years, i have had the opportunity to lead and guide a team of therapists. I have likely been responsible for overseeing patient care, managing schedules, and ensuring the smooth operation of the department. My experience has given me a deep understanding of various therapeutic techniques and the ability to tailor treatment plans to meet each patient's unique needs. My leadership skills and expertise have undoubtedly made a positive impact on both the patients and the team.
