• Updating account entries, including posting journal entries, updating financial statements, maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable, paying monthly payroll, and preparing financial reports. • Debtor management includes processing invoices, CN and DN, monitoring Debtor Aging, and collecting payment from clients. • Creditor management including reviewing payment vouchers, matching invoices and DO, monitoring payment schedules and processing payments to suppliers and other authorities • Monitoring and preparing overseas purchases and payment processing • Updating currency exchange details on a daily basis • Liaise with the forwarding agent for import and export goods, preparing supporting documents. • Preparing a full set of accounts according to the accounting standards including ledgers and journals. • Preparing Monthly Bank reconciliation • Examine and evaluate financial and information systems, recommending controls to ensure the system’s reliability and data integrity. • Examine records to ensure the recording of transactions complies with accounting standards. • Liaison with external auditors, bankers and tax consultant • Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and attend to queries from auditors • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports • Performing and completing weekly database backups
