Experience:
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineer (B.E and Diploma) with above 09 years of experience in Project Execution, Equipment installation, Plant Maintenance, Shutdown, O&M of Rotary and Static equipment in Oil & Gas sector and Petrochemical plant.
• Currently Spearheading as Mechanical Engineer responsible for Plan/Unplan job, Execution, Interact with Vendor/Contract supervisor, Work progress, Plant and Personnel safety.
• Depth knowledge in Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Equipment installation, Plant Operation, Start-up, Shut Down, Emergency handling hydrocarbon and toxic gases leakages (H2S, CO, NH3).
• Experienced in Cryogenic Liquid (Liq. Ethane) storage and transportation, Condensate stabilization Unit, Natural gas dehydration unit, TEG regeneration, HCDP, Gas Manifolds, CTM, Natural Gas Processing, Natural Gas Boosting terminal (Cross country pipeline 48”*1346 Km).
• P&ID Checking, Performance Test, Initial Operation, Post Commissioning, Cooling Down, Dry-out, Plant Start-up and PGTR.
• An effective communicator with negotiation, initiative taking, analytical and problem-solving skill.
• Actively participate in plant shutdown activities ensure equipment spare material, prepared related drawing, technical documents, liaising with vendor and contractor.
