I have over eight years of work experience as a lecturer and researcher at Jimma University and Debre Birhan University, Ethiopia. During my tenure as a lecturer at Jimma University, I have designed and taught courses encompassing biostatistics, research method and statistical software courses, equipping students with essential skills in data manipulation, statistical modeling, and interpretation of results. My research experience at this University has further strengthened my proficiency in conducting rigorous analyses and deriving actionable insights using advanced statistical tools such as R, Python, SPSS, Stata, SAS, and, Epidata.

• Statistical Analysis: Proficient in performing complex statistical analyses including hypothesis testing, classical regression analysis (GLM), time series analysis, multivariate analysis, multilevel and correlated data analysis(GLMM), spatio-temporal data analysis, Infectious disease modeling, and high-level analysis such as systematic, scoping, umbrella review and Meta-analysis. • Data Visualization: Skilled in creating clear and insightful visualizations using tools such as Tableau, graphs, etc., to effectively communicate findings. • Programming: Strong programming skills in R, Stata, SAS, and Python programming languages enabling efficient data manipulation and analysis. I am also proficient in MS Office, and Latex. . Language skills: I am good at English and Amharic Languages.
