Skills:
1. Handling Individual files allotted - Visa briefing to Clients
2. Updating follow-ups and other communications in the MIS
3. Follow-ups with the applicants regarding the documentation and providing a documentation checklist
Additionally:
4. Timely collection of the documents, Verifying the documents, and updating clients regarding the additional documents if any
5. Clearing of the follow-up calls and allotment calls daily.
6. Taking appointments with the VFS/Embassy on time. Update and client and in MIS regarding the appointment confirmation
7. Handling of Client original docs including original passport with utmost care. The ownership will be to the concerned visa experts.
8. Timely submission of Visa application to the concerned embassy if in case of online application
9. Handing over the Files for submission directly to the clients in Case of direct submission.
10. Send payment links and make sure that payment is credited to the account.
11. Entering Credit card details and other related details about Card usage in MIS
12. Updating the Credit requisition towards the booking of the Individual Clients
13. Informing the visa decision of the client and updating the same in the MIS
14. If Rejection coordinate with the client for resubmission if they request for the same.
15. Checking and verifying the visa and uploading the same in MIS
16. Coordination with Ticketing, Insurance team, and accounts team for smooth processing
17. Handing over the passport and other original documents to the client.
18. Forwarding the files to another department if required
19. Update oneself with changing visa rules, Visa fees, and processing time and share with the visa department.
