In this position, it is my task to plan plannable and preventive activities and repairs on the part of maintenance, to introduce optimizations in the ongoing process, to handle projects including cost estimates and cost estimates via SAP as well as the commissioning and coordination of contractors and other specific trades in project planning phases. Furthermore, I am also responsible for planning and coordinating plant and production shutdowns in the electrical engineering sector, targeted coordination and management in connection with plant availability for plant maintenance as well as the associated processing and preparation of technical maintenance and test documentation (SAP). Regular team meetings, leading internal and external meetings and creating overview reports also fall within my current area of work. I am also involved in the regular inspection/maintenance of systems and production facilities, as well as monitoring and taking responsibility for the electronic switching and distribution rooms with the aim of recording maintenance requirements in order to initiate immediate measures to avert danger in the event of incidents or urgent, unplannable activities. Coordination often takes place under my own responsibility, initiative and in close cooperation with maintenance staff, engineers or plant foremen. Protocols and documents must be maintained and filed in a technically correct manner. Appointments must be made with various trades and these trades must also be supervised from me in our plants. In addition, I am now responsible for plant and personnel safety as a qualified electrician and for monitoring and recording statutory plant inspections. _______________________________ RelocationRelocation Berufliche AuszeitBerufliche Auszeit Juli 2022–Juli 2023 · 1 Jahr 1 MonatJuli 2022–Juli 2023 · 1 Jahr 1 Monat Tokyo,TokyoTokyo,Tokyo After a long wait and the official opening of Japan's borders during the Covid-19 corona crisis, I made my big dream of living somewhere else in the world for an extended period of time come true, getting to know the local culture and working world and developing my character and professional skills. During the time I was able to spend in the beautiful country of Japan, I traveled a lot, learned the Japanese language, familiarized myself with the culture and made many friends for life. I was also able to expand my professional experience while working in technical maintenance in Tokyo at Telexistence, an award-winning company for the production of robots. The robots were used in retail and were used to optimize inventory management. I was able to gain an insight into mechanical maintenance, electronic processing and software programming. After a few months, I left the company and joined a department store specializing in electronic accessories. My regular tasks there included checking the function of microchips and data boards, measuring signal paths and repairing them in the event of a fault, replacing diodes and resistors and soldering and optimizing circuit boards. In conclusion, it was a technically very interesting and extensive professional training course for me and also an enormous character development. As my visa expired after 1 year, I started my journey home at the end of July 2023 with memories for the rest of my life. I am now very much looking forward to further exciting challenges in the future and after this trip, I feel all the more strengthened to be able to master them without any doubts and with a great sense of adventure. _______________________________________ Technical Maintenance/ Field Service Team LeaderTechnical Maintenance/ Field Service Team Leader Bilfinger · UnbefristetBilfinger · Unbefristet Nov. 2020–Apr. 2022 · 1 Jahr 6 MonateNov. 2020–Apr. 2022 · 1 Jahr 6 Monate Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Rhineland-Palatine, Germany · Vor OrtLudwigshafen am Rhein, Rhineland-Palatine, Germany · Vor Ort Since October 2020, I have been working for Sun Chemicals (DIC Corp. Tokyo) in the electronics maintenance group via Bilfinger SE on the premises of BASF Ludwigshafen Germany. At the beginning of my activities, I worked as a foreman in everyday maintenance and repaired technical and electro-mechanical malfunctions in the plants and optimized old plants. After a period of almost 11 months, I was appointed team coordinator for the maintenance team and was immediately responsible for the coordination of maintenance. At this position it was my job to commission and coordinate daily maintenance work in general, project planning for new technical systems, keeping old systems running smoothly and optimizing outdated systems. These activities included, for example, PLC/PLC technical faults, loop checks, work on rotary and DC drives, sensor technology, measurement and control technology, PLC optimizations, error analysis of system faults, signal tests, work in control rooms, low-voltage work as well as mechanical repairs in EX areas and document recording. In certain cases, it was my job to support troubleshooting with the team on site in order to return the systems to the process as quickly as possible without errors and to enable production to be maintained. A small part of my work also involved attending meetings and video conferences with supervisors from other areas, planning and coordinating projects with other trades, commissioning contractors and invoicing and fault diagnosis via SAP systems for work carried out or planned. I then left the company to prepare for my cultural trip to Japan. _______________________________ Field Service technician for automation - maintenanceField Service technician for automation - maintenance BBS / BASF SE · UnbefristetBBS / BASF SE · Unbefristet März 2020–Okt. 2020 · 8 MonateMärz 2020–Okt. 2020 · 8 Monate Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Rhineland-Palatinate, GermanyLudwigshafen am Rhein, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany In March 2020, after the failed visa application for Japan due to Corona, I continued my professional career again at BASF SE / chemical industry production. Through the BBS recruitment agency and internal contacts at BASF SE, I was able to return to my training company and work in technical maintenance there. There it was my task to take over the typical maintenance tasks within the chemical plants, to carry out programming work (PLC / DCS), to process maintenance orders and continuous work as well as to optimize old plants during the running process. The main tasks in technical maintenance were mainly to keep the running systems free of faults and to ensure an optimal production process. In some cases, old systems were put back into operation or new technical systems were integrated into existing legacy systems, which required us to carry out and plan maintenance work. After an offer and recommendation from employees on site, I left the company to start in a higher position at Bilfinger SE. ____________________________________ Project technician - MaintenanceProject technician - Maintenance Roche · UnbefristetRoche · Unbefristet Nov. 2019–Feb. 2020 · 4 MonateNov. 2019–Feb. 2020 · 4 Monate Mannheim, Baden-Württemberg, Germany · Vor OrtMannheim, Baden-Württemberg, Germany · Vor Ort At the end of 2019, I found a new position in maintenance as a project planning technician at the pharmaceutical company Roche through the Ferchau company after being offered this position personally. My work there as a project technician mainly involved the migration of new electronic systems, the electronic maintenance and repair of existing systems as well as the revision and regular inspection of the sensors in the running automatic assembly line systems. My daily work also included the planning and logging of circuit diagrams, cycle times for production in the systems and the creation of test reports and fault diagnoses. The basic maintenance and quality inspection of the systems took place regularly in clean rooms under strict hygiene regulations. Quality inspections and hygiene checks were therefore carried out routinely. The systems must be designed precisely in such a way that the partially autonomous cleaning is automated. My daily tasks also included working on and regularly checking the various control systems as well as dealing with PLC and HIMA systems, which were constantly being updated, troubleshooting, supporting the other plant groups in the event of technical faults and supporting maintenance were also integrated into my maintenance work. Monitoring the alarm circuits of the sensors and assembly line productions as well as the step chain circuits and various limit value circuits were the main tasks of my daily inspections of the plant sections assigned to me. In March 2020, I had originally decided to go on a 1-year cultural trip with site-related work in Japan. Unfortunately, the visa was canceled during my preparation time due to Corona. ___________________________________ Loop check / commissioning Field Service technician - foremanLoop check / commissioning Field Service technician - foreman Stadler + Schaaf Mess- und Regeltechnik GmbH · UnbefristetStadler + Schaaf Mess- und Regeltechnik GmbH · Unbefristet Juni 2018–Okt. 2019 · 1 Jahr 5 MonateJuni 2018–Okt. 2019 · 1 Jahr 5 Monate Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany · Vor OrtLudwigshafen am Rhein, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany · Vor Ort My task within the Loop-Check Group of Stadler & Schaaf was to carry out so-called shutdowns (shutting down running plants) as well as loop checks and commissioning in various plants within BASF SE. As the appointed group leader on site during the work to be carried out, my tasks included working with the employees and managers of the BASF SE plants to draw up de- and installation plans for various actuators in the plant as well as procedures for the technical work, the dating and recording of the measuring points to be processed, coordinating cooperation with other trades and the timing and time frame of the shutdown and recommissioning. Our main task in the team was to successively shut down the systems during production, dismantle actuators and check their function, order repair and maintenance certificates and orders for the respective defective actuators and to report and log old or defective actuators that could cause damage when the production systems were restarted. During new/re-commissioning, automation units (sensors, limit switches, etc.), motors, measurements and other electronic devices were checked for signals, limit values, alarms and limit value shutdowns as well as interlocks in the system. The PLC as well as the DCS system within the affected production facilities had to be simulated or switched off under supervision. There was usually a time frame for this work that had to be adhered to and therefore represented a certain time pressure for the work to be carried out. It was therefore a fundamental requirement to carry out the work quickly and professionally, to be flexible in the division of work and to be stress-resistant when diagnosing faults on site in order to ensure professional and error-free commissioning of the systems. ____________________________ Image and Software AnalystImage and Software Analyst VisionTools Bildanalyse Systeme GmbH · UnbefristetVisionTools Bildanalyse Systeme GmbH · Unbefristet Jan. 2017–Mai 2018 · 1 Jahr 5 MonateJan. 2017–Mai 2018 · 1 Jahr 5 Monate Waghäusel, Baden-Württemberg, Germany · HybridWaghäusel, Baden-Württemberg, Germany · Hybrid After my training and induction phase at BASF SE, I was very interested in further training in various areas of electrical engineering and gaining an insight into a wide range of automation applications. In 2017, I therefore decided to continue my professional career at Vision Tools as an Image and Software Analyst. My main tasks here were to carry out national and international quality inspections using camera and automation monitoring, mainly for automotive manufacturers such as BMW in America and South Africa. My main task was to carry out and monitor the quality assurance of the individual components (such as silicone adhesive beads, screws, rivets, etc.) with the help of camera units and automated robots. Programs for the robotic processes and camera monitoring were created independently. The cameras and spotlights, which were also placed independently, had to be recorded in logs, displayed in a matrix in the automation program and the positions precisely dated and stored in a matrix. In the system field, the camera, spotlights and robots were precisely checked for angle, lighting and visibility. A test pattern for calibration and a final sequence matrix were then created in the automation program and linked to the hardware. Thanks to the program created, the attached cameras automatically detected safety gaps or defects in the manufactured workpieces and triggered an alarm or stopped production. After consulting with my superiors, I decided to leave the company due to the high willingness to travel and the fact that I could no longer manage my private life. _________________________________ Field Service technician for automation technology - maintenanceField Service technician for automation technology - maintenance BASF · VollzeitBASF · Vollzeit Jan. 2014–Dez. 2016 · 3 JahreJan. 2014–Dez. 2016 · 3 Jahre Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Rhineland-Palatine, Germany · Vor OrtLudwigshafen am Rhein, Rhineland-Palatine, Germany · Vor Ort After my apprenticeship, I worked at BASF SE for a few more years.
