Communication is an essential aspect/part of any organization with cannot be overly emphasized, in my experience as a marketer/sales man, I have come to realize that good communication promotes sales of any sorts either small or large as long as one can identify the problems and needs of the customer. With my ability to sustain relationships, control conversations while paying attention to customer’s needs, it is required of me to give 100% attention to their demand and not lose focus else miss out on important details of the meeting.
It also importance to familiarized oneself with materials used in constructing a building as it gives an edge over other completion that I know what the house is made up of from start to finish e.g What type of granite top was used on the kitchen cabinet, marbles, what kind of rock that was used to decorate the fire place and more. It is also importance to be truthful to prospects and not make assumptions. As it is said, “Great Communicators knows how to read body language so they can anticipate the direction a conversation’s heading, and also make sure their body language isn’t sending out signals they don’t mean to broadcast”. The need to master the nuance of tone is also important because voice pitch, tone, volume and even choice of words may actually affect conversation with a prospect.
