IT Specialist
Responsible for the monitoring, maintenance, configuration and reliable operation of workstation, network equipment, Branch servers, printers, CCTV and Door access control.
Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolution, prioritizing problems and assessing impact of issues.
Review computer system logs such as branch servers, firewall, Door access control, CCTV and ATM machine.
Monitor IT consumables supply such as printer toner, drum and etc.
Install and update company software and hardware as needed or as require by Head office and local regulatory agencies
Reporting to branch senor manager for status of IT equipment and any issue’s encountered.
Network Engineer
Design and Estimation of BOM of CCTV, Structured cabling, LAN/WLAN, Access Control, Smoke detector, PABX for client in supporting sales engineering team.
Conduct site survey and scoping meetings
Provide pre-sales engineering services by demonstrating a solid understanding of security and surveillance solutions to existing and potential customers.
Supervise site deployment/installation.
Assist during project installation and coordination
Project documentation
Address and support on customer’s technical inquiries and concerns
Troubleshooting for support request
