Responsibilities:
1. To dispense medicines carefully to out-patients with proper and
complete prescription
2. To check the expiration date of medicines. Two months before the
expiration date, the stocks must be pulled out from the shelves and
endorse to the Purchasing Department for proper disposal.
3. To record psychotropic prescriptions in the Book of Psychotropic.
4. To participate in the scheduled weekly and year-end inventory.
5. To receive, check and display delivered stocks from the suppliers
observing First-In, First-Out policy.
6. To prepare and release the internal request of each Clinic Departments.
7. To display stocks on the shelves and to consider the expiration dates.
8. To check pharmacy bills under insurance before forwarding to
the Insurance Department.
9. To communicate with the Purchasing Department about critical and out
of stock items.
10. To update prices of medicines in the system and on the boxes of
medicines as per Ministry.
11. To maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the pharmacy.
12. To take approval of medications for insurance patients.
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
