Over 15 years’ of experience in food and beverage and customer service with skills in restaurant management
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Catering Science and Hotel Management
Skills:
• Proven ability to manage and supervise staff in a professional manner ensuring they
are all trained on proper food preparation and proper beverage service regulations
• Excellent ability to manage day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to
the highest standards
• Extensive experience in estimating and ordering ingredients and supplies while
records
• Proven experience operating cash registers and point-of-sale systems (POS)
