I am engaged in all bartending duties, communication with suppliers, inventory control, mixology, quality control, structuring and ergonomics of the workflow, adapting the menu to the wishes of the visitor, training staff and conducting trainings, coordinating new and old staff, developing the concept of the bar and improving sales, collecting feedbacks from guests. I know more than 150 classic cocktails. I can work as a barista.
