I'm Aasha and I have completed my Bachelor degree in Food Nutrition and Dietetics.I have a keen interest in product development.In final year project I developed pumpkin powder and value added products like pumpkin cake ,cookies,bread,icecream,donut using pumpkin powder and also analyse the Nutritive values like carbohydrates ,protein,fat,fiber, beta-carotene,energy in pumpkin powder and then I completed one month internship programme in aavin Ambattur .In aavin I learnt about milk processing,MBRT, phosphatase test, clot on boiling test ,sucrose adulteration test and also completed one month internship at MMM hospital as a intern dietician.Our degree will cover food processing,food preservation and storage ,food analysis,Food groups ,milk products productions ,Utilisation of meat products,Packagings,value addition ,utilisation and preparation of cereals and millets,food products development ,food hygiene and sanitation,food safety measures.My overall ogpa is 8.4
