• Train security staff and other department managers on new SOPs related to fire codes, evacuation procedures, and other security protocols.
• Managing the Security Department's scheduling and preparing training materials for monthly meetings.
• Attend weekly/monthly Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee meetings and deliver presentations as a committee member.
• Design and develop training materials, such as presentations, manuals, and interactive exercises, to effectively convey security procedures and protocols.
• Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of security personnel to identify areas for improvement and tailor training accordingly.

• Maintain fire life systems and dispatch Emergency Response Teams to designated location during emergencies
• Monitor CCTV and investigate any incidents from thefts, assault, trespassing and any other breach of policies
• Access/key control of colleagues, contractors and guests
• Control access levels to various restricted spaces and monitor all activity
• Escort VIP/Celebrity guests in and out of hotel discretely ensuring guest privacy and safety
