I have a strong academic background in information science and studies, with a PhD from the University of Kashmir and a Masters in Library and Information Sciences. I also have professional experience as an Information Professional at the Department of Higher Education, Kashmir, where I managed the library automation system using SOUL and KOHA, and implemented the barcoding and RFID technology for efficient and accurate information access and delivery. I am passionate about applying my skills and expertise to solve real-world problems and create a positive social impact.
