As an assistant manager at SEA Swim Club, I assisted in calling parents about their bills, openings within the club, took online payments as well as over the phone, called other businesses on behalf of the manager to place orders for equipment, provided technical support for parents who had trouble with the websites, walked parents through how to navigate the website, and would troubleshoot errors on the team website.

I graduated from Monterey Peninsula College with a 3.6 GPA and four associate degrees in Pre-nursing, communication and analytical thinking, social sciences, and natural sciences.
