KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Highly driven in various projects with significant exposure on High rise buildings, Infrastructures and Oil & Gas onshore plant.
Supervision of Structural and super structural works such as excavation, checking formation, concrete works, Piles foundation, Raft foundation etc.
Supervision of finishing work such as Plastering, Painting, Ceramic work, Granite flooring, Wall cladding, False ceiling, Raised floor system, Kitchen cabinets etc.
Bedding and pipe laying of various diameters for water, sewerage and drainage main lines system along with testing of pipelines and backfilling etc.
Ability to oversee project implementation of the following:
Multistory Building Construction
Duplex Independent Villas
Onshore Plant/Substation
Water Pipeline / Sewerage line Networks Projects.
Landscaping Works
Ensure HSE policy and safety awareness as per the client requirement.
Experienced in the control of all incoming materials and equipment, from evaluation of possible suppliers up to testing and calibration, prior to acceptance.
Monitoring the quality, progress of works & prepare various reports and forecasts.
Attend Site progress review meetings as and when required.
Well versed on computer software applications such as MS Application (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Inspection & supervision of Cast in situ Concrete elements.
Inspection of Dewatering System and over pumping system.
Supervision of Precast elements for manholes in Precast Yard.
General Surveying works along with control point datum.
Observing & witnessing various types of Lab tests related to material testing.
Additionally:
Computer Proficiency:- Auto CAD, MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel)
Certification:- PERMIT TO WORK (JP), Emirates Technical & Safety Development Center. In Association with NUTEC GLOBAL SAFETY
