Customer Service for travel almost 2 years in WNS - Delta Air Lines. I have dealt with customer inquiries and has contributed to team KPI as well as assisted SME - OPAS in schedule call outs and tracking of team's required tasks.
Education:
Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science in the University of San Agustin. I have interned as a Legal Clerk in a public notary or law office. I also got recruited to be a Secretariat for the Vice President Internal of our university's student council. Similarly, I have received awards as best speaker for Debate and San Agustin Model United Nation.
