Role and responsibilities
1. Preparing procurement financial
reports such as both categories, Buy
Kenya Build Kenya (BKBK) and for the
Special Interest Groups (SIG).
2. Receiving, inspecting and accepting
delivered goods in the store.
Preparing evaluation committee
minutes and inspection report.
3. Filling out the quotation and
payment register.
4. Filling out the GRN and S11 and
posting them into ledger cards.
5. Asset disposal.
6. File management.
7. Safety and security of goods in the
store.
8. Preparing purchasing documents
such as LPO, RFQ, GRN and S11
