Experience:
Ministry of Defense (Laboratory Control-Construction testing lab) 2009 till now Chemist – lab technician
- Conducting chemical laboratory tests on (cement, concrete, soil, aggregates), ensuring compliance with quality standards for multiple projects.
- Follow validated, updated test methods, and perform routine calculations to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Writing technical reports, data sheets, worksheets, reviews & summaries.
- Performing tests by analytical instruments: ICP (inductively coupled plasma), potentiometer, X, R,F or manual methods (gravimetry, titration)
- Managed incoming chemical supplies to ensure the continuous operation of laboratory activities.
- Maintain operational testing equipment through routine calibration and maintenance processes.
- Coached laboratory technicians,resulting in improvement in their technical skills
- Collaborating with vendors to resolve non-conformances of the supplied devices, tools & chemicals.
- Coordinating with the head of the department to study and research new construction materials and standard specifications related to them for testing.
- Create a list of technical specifications for the required chemicals, tools, and instruments.
- compliance with regulatory requirements, documentation, and maintaining the records accordingtog ISO 17025.
Education:
- Bachelor in Major Chemistry, Good, Ain Shames – Egypt, 2001
