My first experience in Reliance Retail Ltd. I worked as an Assistant Store Manager. Basically I managed all the groceries on my floor. I disposed of all the merchandise on my floor. I had a team of 5 people. The product criteria were food items, beverages, snacks, confectionery, cold drinks, groceries etc. After that I worked with Titan Company Ltd. as a Store Manager. I managed Titan Fastrack store with a team of 6 members. I managed the stock on a daily basis. Managed the store's inventory and stock. Handled shrinkage with every purchase. I was always on track to achieve the store's goals and prepared for quarterly and yearly targets.
