At Sofiatech (Jun–Jul 2024), I built an ARM-based AC controller with I²C sensors and UART debugging; I supported Tunisia’s 2024 elections with the ISIE, helping manage polling operations; I sold automotive parts at a local shop, handling inventory and customer relations; and at Orange Tunisia, I worked in customer service and network operations, troubleshooting issues and improving service quality.
