Project Manager Castle and Gardens Designers, January 2019- To Date; Duties and Responsibilities: I am in charge of the design team and I am involved in setting out the briefs of every project we are engaged in. I also work in liaison with the finance team to come up with project budgets and estimates. I also do attended all meetings as the project lead. On site I am involved in quality control and ensuring all is according to stipulated plan. Architectural Designer Castle and Gardens Designers, July 2014-February 2018; Duties and Responsibilities: I was in charge of the design works since 2014 and I was given the responsibility of initiating all the projects that came knocking the doors of the company. I was also the face of the design team hence I attended all meetings as the designer. On site I ensured that the construction was going according to the plans and ensured quality is not compromised. I used to harmonize changes to plans from site improvements and used to inspect work of the contractors on site.
