• Feasibility Studies & Inception Reports: Preparation of technical, economic, and social feasibility studies and inception documentation for urban development projects.
• Detailed Project Reports (DPRs): Development of comprehensive DPRs for infrastructure and planning interventions across urban sectors.
• Environmental Impact Studies: Assessment of environmental implications of development initiatives, ensuring sustainability and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Regional, Development & Master Planning: Formulation of long-term vision documents including Regional Plans, Development Plans, and Master Plans for urban growth and land use optimization.
