• Setting forecasts according to business level and ensuring they’re in line with budget
• Preparing the monthly P&L analysis for the senior management
• Setting KPI’s for the team and ensuring they are followed and achieved
• Checking F&B market trends and implementing promotions to increase revenues
• Planning the outlet weekly roster and annual vacation plan to ensure that the outlet is adequately manned to handle the level of business. Including the request of contracted labor and reporting labor wages to the management
• Planning and organizing exclusively booked events for the beach club
• Ensuring highest guest satisfaction during events
• Performance and development management for the colleagues of the team (appraisals/midyear reviews)
• Part of the hotels internal customer satisfaction index committee to brainstorm solutions for any given challenges
• Ensuring that all team members are briefed and trained daily
• Conducting monthly communication meetings for the team to keep engagement levels high
• Preparation of yearly CAPEX requests for the outlet
